INDEMNIFICATION:

GBP reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and in such case, you agree to cooperate with GBP's defense of such claim.

LAW AND JURISDICTION:

GBP makes no representations that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in locations other than the United States of America. Access to the Site from any territory where the content is illegal is prohibited. If you choose to access the Site from other locations, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations. The display of the Site alone does not subject GBP to any specific jurisdiction.

TERMINATION:

You agree that GBP may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your use of the Site and access to the Services.
